ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO SELL TICKETS WITH TIQASSIST

Did you know you don’t have to share access to your season ticket account to list with TiqAssist?

Below are two secure alternatives that ensure your seats display on all verified marketplaces and successfully transfer to the buyer – all without giving access to your primary ticketing account.

Transfer Tickets to TiqAssist

Select any game in your TiqAssist Dashboard, tap "LIST," then transfer tickets to TiqAssist to list and sell for you.

Log in to your TiqAssist Dashboard after signing up.

• Select a game you want to sell.
• Tap “List Seats.”

When prompted to enter your credentials, enter “inbox@tiqassist.com” for both the email and password. Acknowledge any further prompts.

Transfer the tickets from your team account to “inbox@tiqassist.com.” Enter first name as “Tiq” and last name as “Assist.”

Please Note:

• Tickets will be broadcasted only after TiqAssist verifies the transferred tickets match the listing.

• Going forward, any tickets you list with TiqAssist will need to be transferred to inbox@tiqassist.com.

Important Info

You cannot delist tickets once the event is 18 hours away, to ensure we can transfer the tickets back to you in time.

Second Team Account

Transfer Tickets To a Second Team Account You Own

After identifying a game or games you want to sell in your TiqAssist Dashboard, complete the following steps:

Transfer Your Tickets to a Second Team Account

  1. To create a free second team account, transfer the tickets to an email address you own that is different from your season ticket account. Then, log out of your season ticket account.

Complete Setup of your Second Team Account

  1. Go to the email inbox you transferred the tickets to, and accept the transferred tickets.
  2. After being redirected to the ticketing platform login, click the “sign up” or “create account” link and follow the steps to create a new account.
  3. Once logged in, you will see the transferred tickets in the new account.

List Your Tickets with TiqAssist

  1. Log in to your TiqAssist Dashboard.
  2. Select the game(s) you want to sell. Only list tickets that have been transferred to the new account you created in Step 2.
  3. When prompted, enter the email and password you created in Step 2. Acknowledge any other prompts.
Important Info

You can easily delist tickets at any time, as long as the tickets haven’t sold.
